1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Urbanity website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Uganda. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Urbanity is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty claims must be made with proof of purchase and cover manufacturing defects only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Urbanity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
